We are proud to support local apprenticeship initiatives, giving opportunities within the building sector, including health and safety and on-site responsibilities, to students and school leavers, who might not otherwise have entered the trade.

Behind the scenes, to ensure the growth and sustainability of our supply chain, including sourcing materials and resources within our local area, we ensure prompt payment of invoices throughout our procurement processes.

We work with local housing services and the Council to promote learning within the building trade, including participating in the “Back To Work” and “Women In Construction” initiatives, which have been extremely successful.
